Mary E. Barnard

Executive Vice President, Business Transformation

Mary Barnard is Executive Vice President, Business Transformation of Mondelēz International, a global snacking leader with 2023 revenues of approximately $36 billion driven by iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, LU, Clif Bar and Tate's Bake Shop biscuits and baked snacks, as well as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka and Toblerone chocolate. In this role, she has oversight of the company’s S4/HANA global implementation and broader digital transformation program.

Mary joined Mondelēz International in 2014 as Area President, Northern Europe, before taking responsibility for the European Chocolate portfolio. In 2019, she became SVP, Global Corporate Strategy & M&A, and before moving to the United States as President, U.S. Sales and President, US Commercial. Prior to joining Mondelez, Mary spent 16 years with PepsiCo Inc., holding a number of Marketing, Sales and General Management positions in the United Kingdom, North America and Globally, across Snacks, Beverages & Wellbeing categories.

Mary graduated with a degree in Management Science from the University of Manchester, U.K. She has held several industry leadership positions, as President, CAOBISCO (EU Trade Association) and an Executive of Food & Drink Federation (U.K.) & Food Marketing Institute (U.S.)
