Volker Kuhn

Executive Vice President & President, Europe (Effective April 1, 2025)

Volker Kuhn is Executive Vice President & President, Europe of Mondelēz International, a global snacking leader with 2023 revenues of approximately $36 billion driven by iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, LU, Clif Bar and Tate's Bake Shop biscuits and baked snacks, as well as Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka and Toblerone chocolate.

Volker joined Mondelez International in January 2025 from Reckitt, where he led the largest Global Business Unit, Hygiene. At Reckitt, he drove consumer centricity and category growth, leading to significant acceleration in top- and bottom-line performance as well as innovation success. Volker initially joined Reckitt as Chief Transformation Officer and was a member of the Group Executive Committee.

Before his tenure at Reckitt, Volker had a 26-year career with The Procter & Gamble Company. There, he led several critical growth accelerations, turnarounds, and business transformations across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Africa. His experience spans multiple categories, including Snacks & Beverages, Fabric & Home Care, Baby Care, Batteries, B2B, and Consumer Health. He began his P&G career in Finance before transitioning to Brand Management, where he held increasing responsibilities within the Pringles Snacks division in Europe for ten years.

Volker began his professional journey at Deutsche Bank and later worked for a consulting firm. He currently serves as Chairman and a Non-Executive Board member of FROSTA AG, a leading European frozen food company.

Volker holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He is fluent in German, English, and French, and holds dual German and Swiss citizenship.
