  Formed from a recipe that aims to make you into a leader of tomorrow, our Mondelēz International graduate program offers you a delicious blend of formal and on the job training that will expand your horizons while encouraging your personal and professional development.   
  
  Each program allows you to work in a variety of real roles within and outside your chosen discipline to gain all-round exposure to our business. Over three years, your learning with be sculpted by on the job industry experience where you’ll take on real responsibilities to gain a holistic understanding of our business and grow in leaps and bounds.  

  Working alongside industry experts, you’ll gain invaluable skills and have the flexibility to take your career in any direction you choose. Mentoring will be a big part of your graduate experience. You’ll get loads of advice and support from leaders and other colleagues, which will help you build strong networks across the business. Some roles include a placement in another market, giving you a breadth as well as depth of experience.

  Internships And Traineeships

  If you want to get a taste of what life at Mondelēz is all about, sink your teeth into a Mondelēz International internship/traineeship lasting between three and 12 months, depending on the country and business area. We hope to help you expand your horizons and encourage your personal and professional development.

  You’ll be a valued member of our team, enjoying a real job – with real responsibilities – from day one. At the start, we’ll work out ambitious goals for you. Then, through the support of a buddy and regular reviews with your manager, we’ll help you achieve them. It’ll be challenging, but if all goes well, you could be offered a graduate role.

  Internships/traineeships are offered to students on all relevant degree courses and graduates who may not have completed an internship as part of their degree. Some roles require you to be internationally mobile.

  A Mondelēz International apprenticeship will help you make the most of your talents. Enjoying everything from world-class training to once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, you’ll thrive as part of a supportive team who’ll share their expertise with you and help you develop skills and knowledge on the job.

  Our apprenticeships last between two and four years. This strikes the ideal balance between going to university and getting a job. You get to earn while you learn – and your classroom training is all backed up with practical experience and the support of a mentor and buddy. In some cases we run our programs in collaboration with a local college or university, where you’ll work towards a nationally recognized qualification. Before you know it, you’ll be a highly skilled professional with a bright future ahead of you.
