German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act

With the introduction of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (GSCA), the German legislator has created a framework for responsible and sustainable value creation along the entire supply chain. We at Mondelez International comply with the requirements of the GSCA.

Grievance Procedure

Our grievance procedure under the CSGA as part of the Compliance and Integrity Program of Mondelez International guarantees a trustworthy and at the same time transparent approach in dealing with complaints about violations of human rights or environmental obligations. With a complaint under the GSCA, suspected human rights or environmental risks or violations of obligations, such as forced labor, child labor, discrimination or harmful contamination of soil, water and air as well as harmful noise emissions and excessive water consumption, which have a connection to Mondelez International, can be reported online via our Integrity WebLine at www.mdlzethicspoints.com or by telephone via our Integrity HelpLine (telephone numbers available at https://secure.ethicspoint.com/domain/media/en/gui/25906/phone.html) in accordance with Sections 8 – 9 GSCA. The effectiveness of the grievance procedure is regularly reviewed in accordance with the requirements of the GSCA.
