Progress with Purpose
Every meaningful change begins with small, thoughtful actions.
Our CSR program was crafted to create lasting and positive impact by empowering communities, addressing social issues impacting the youth, and focusing on integrated development of a child at the back of physical and mental well-being. This journey of over 10 years transpired successfully in collaboration with partners who share our vision and believe in delivering tangible results for people and the communities. Together, we move forward with purpose and dedication with a multi-pronged to build a better tomorrow.

Health and Well-being
Shubh Aarambh (Auspicious Beginning): Celebrating 10 Years of Empowering Young Futures
The foundation of progress starts when we invest in the next generation. Through our CSR program Shubh Aarambh, we focus on nurturing the lives of children and youth through initiatives in nutrition, education, and sports enabling them to thrive and contribute to resilient communities. Our initiative, currently active in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Himachal Pradesh with programs tailored to local needs. This is how Shubh Aarambh has transformed lives in the last decade:
Community Infrastructure

- Intervention with 166 schools to improve knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP) towards nutrition and healthy lifestyles impacting 21,000+ children
- Improved the health, nutrition and development status of children by engaging with 91 schools and 11 Aanganwadi centres (AWCs), impacting 65,000+mothers and children.
- 70000+ children across 475 schools through Eat Right Initiative.

EAT RIGHT SCHOOLS INITIATIVE
The Scope of ‘Eat Right’
Partnering with FSSAI’s ‘Eat Right School’ program, this initiative involves creating awareness about food safety, nutrition and hygiene among school children to improve their health and nutrition status working alongside reputable NGOs. The program covers 15+ parameters covering curriculum adoption & activities (learning through play), training (teachers, students, food handlers), facilities (drinking water, sanitation, kitchen), essential health practices.
Driving Change Through Awareness Campaigns
The program design includes trainings and activities for students, teachers, communities. The program trains teachers to become Health and Wellness ambassadors and formation of Health (Sehat) clubs in all schools strengthening them through trainings and designing activity calendar for students towards making Eat Right modules part of curricular & extra-curricular activities. Our interactive awareness campaigns provide children and, teachers, with practical knowledge about balanced diets, cleanliness, and raising awareness on various aspect of safe food handling among the food handlers. These experiences instil healthy habits that extend beyond the classroom.
Health and Well-being INITIATIVES
Ayushman Arogya Mandirs
Strengthening Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAM)
Partnering with government’s efforts under Ayushman Bharat program, we worked with reputed NGOs to strengthen 200 Health and Wellbeing centres (now called the Ayushman Arogya Mandir) and making 24 among them as model centres (also called as user-friendly HWCs) with basic amenities like shaded waiting area, drinking water, toilets etc.
By prioritizing accessibility for community, training and equipment support for frontline health workers and bringing community involvement for seeking quality preventive care (through Jan Aarogya Samitis), this program focuses on upgrading Health & Wellness Centers (HWCs) to provide user-friendly, and impactful healthcare services for communities and promotes well-being at the grassroots level.
Empowering Health Workers
Training health workers and equipping them with maternal and child health (MNCH) equipments and supplies, the health workers have been empowered by enhancing their ability to deliver quality care and reach underserved areas.
Prioritizing Preventive Care
Early screenings for women and children, along with prompt follow-ups ensuring critical health challenges are addressed before they escalate.
Socially Inclusive Healthcare
Advanced gender-responsive and socially inclusive healthcare by training over 800 healthcare staffs to integrate gender and social considerations into the services.
Support for Cancer Treatment
In partnership with Tata Memorial Center, our support to paediatric cancer patients includes the support for diagnosis and cure of children fighting cancer towards having a long life ahead. We are also supporting the NGO "St. Jude's India Childcare centres" to expand its facility to have more centres where children battling cancer could stay along with their parents during their diagnosis and treatment and be provided nutrition, emotional and other support during their long stays.
SPORTS FOR DEVELOPMENT AND EXCELLENCE
Harnessing the Power of Play
Sports do more than promoting fitness. They shape teamwork, build confidence and life skills among youth that can transform a community. Till date (10 years), Shubh Aarambh Sports for development program has engaged with 1,10,000+ adolescents.
Expanding Access to Sports and students participation in Sports
By offering training, resources and equipment, the initiative inspires young people to join structured sports programs in schools promoting sports training and life skills among school children aged 11-17 years. The result? Greater resilience, physical strength, and mental well-being.
INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
Healthcare Access
The Induri Medical Centre stands as a beacon of compassionate care and specialist support, providing a space where communities can find not only medical care but also a supportive partner in their health journey.
Expanding Green Cover
By planting trees and conserving water, we encourage communities to reconnect with nature, ensuring a healthier planet for future generations.
Renewable Energy
Tapping into solar power, this initiative fuels a brighter future with clean energy by reducing carbon footprints and inspiring a broader shift towards sustainability and innovation.
SKILLING YOUTH
Empowering the Next Generation
Through a strategic partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), this pilot in Gwalior (Bhind) and Pune, equips youth with industry-relevant skills and certifications, preparing them for rewarding employment and brighter futures.
National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) Partnership in Action
The program brings together training and assessment partners who mobilize, train, and certify young individuals. Every step is designed to ensure candidates are equipped with the skills required by today’s workforce. The program will encompass Short Term Training (STT) using Qualification Pack (QP) led training modules, specifically designed for job roles in sectors such as IT-ITeS, Management, Logistics, and Tourism & Hospitality.
