Consistent with direction from the Board, the Corporate Secretary determines whether communications received are relevant to the Board’s duties and responsibilities, then forwards relevant communications to the appropriate director or directors. The Board has requested the Corporate Secretary not to forward general surveys and mailings to solicit business or advertise products; job applications or resumes; product inquiries or complaints; new product suggestions; or any material that is threatening, illegal or does not relate to the Board’s responsibilities.
REPORTING COMPLAINTS OR CONCERNS TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Audit Committee has established procedures for the receipt, retention and treatment, on a confidential basis, of any complaints or concerns received. We encourage employees and third-party individuals and organizations to report complaints or concerns about the Company’s accounting controls, auditing matters or anything else that appears to involve financial or other wrongdoing. REPORTING CONCERNS OR FINANCIAL WRONGDOING
We encourage our employees to report any situation that appears to involve a breach of the Company's ethical or legal obligations. We also encourage those outside our Company to report concerns about Mondelēz International’s accounting controls, auditing matters, compliance with the federal securities laws, or anything else that appears to involve financial or other wrongdoing.
