Marketing has always been my passion and I’ve been working in this domain for the past 15 years. I started my career as a Marketing Specialist and, as I am a true advocate of continuous learning, I constantly took new opportunities that helped me advance throughout the years. Apart from the on job learning, what helped me the most was the Diploma in Professional Marketing obtained from Oxford College of Marketing, which was a true roller-coaster and an incredible learning opportunity. I encourage all the people who want to develop a career in this domain to build a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and to continually educate themselves on core concepts, industry trends, and emerging technologies. A good Marketeer has strong analytical skills and uses data to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure success. Data really is power!

After working in the same industry , I decided it was time to embark on a new adventure and I joined MDLZ 5 years ago. I currently work as Senior Brand Manager and my role is inherently thrilling due to its dynamic nature and multifaceted responsibilities. What I particularly love about it is that it offers me a unique blend of creativity, strategy, collaboration, and tangible outcomes.

The excitement of seeing the tangible impact of strategic decisions on a brand's market position and customer perception is key for me. Successful campaigns, increased brand equity, and positive consumer feedback contribute to the sense of accomplishment and pride in my work.

The most interesting project I worked on in MDLZ was for sure Milka Generation Gap that aired in Oct-Nov 2023. This was a national consumer promotion built from scratch at local level and it had amazing double digit growth results in various brand metrics, receiving recognition at the regional level. Milka is my favourite brand, all thanks to it’s purpose that invites us all to inspire more acts of tenderness and reminds us that each of us can contribute to a more tender future.
