Could you highlight some significant milestones or defining moments that have influenced your career journey, especially during your time at Mondelēz International?

One of the milestones I am most proud of at Mondelēz International has been leading several local projects considered among our department's most complex. These projects involved a wide range of initiatives, from national consumer promotions, business continuity plans (BCPs), re-designs, and changes in sourcing to new product developments. The diversity of the work and the challenge of managing these cross-functional projects have been incredibly rewarding.

I have gained a wealth of experience in driving collaboration, ensuring alignment on strategic goals, and delivering results, significantly contributing to my growth as a PCM Manager.

In what ways has Mondelēz International contributed to your professional growth? Could you share any specific programs, initiatives, or support systems within the company that have helped you advance in your career?

The organization makes a broad spectrum of information available, especially through its training programs and support systems. Key aspects that have contributed to my career development are the Workday training and the Idea to Market (I2M) approach. The PCM library has been an excellent resource for my everyday responsibilities, providing structured support for managing projects and navigating change.

I am grateful for these programs' support, as they have been instrumental in advancing my career and enhancing my professional capabilities.

What is your favorite Mondelēz International product?

My favorite Mondelēz product is Milka. It is delicious and has a special meaning to me because it was one of my first projects in the organization. Working on the Milka brand gave me great insight into its strong heritage and the innovative strategies behind its success. I have enjoyed seeing how the brand evolves while staying true to its core qualities, and it has been fulfilling to contribute to the ongoing growth.

How would you characterize the work culture at Mondelēz International, particularly within your department?

The work culture at Mondelēz International, particularly within the PCM function is collaborative, results-driven, and focused on continuous improvement. In my department, teamwork is key, as we work closely with cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Regulatory, Research & Development, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of the initial project brief. Leadership is supportive, offering the right balance of autonomy and guidance to help us succeed. All in all, the environment is empowering, fostering both personal and professional growth.
