Can you briefly describe your role at MDLZ and what it entails?

I am currently the People Experience Advisor for Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary, based in the Székesfehérvár plant in Hungary. My job involves overseeing the entire employee life cycle of the core team. One of the critical parts of my role is collaborating with the functional business leaders to ensure that we provide the right support for plant and production, allowing for a smooth and efficient operation.

What is the most challenging part of your role as a People Experience Advisor?

The most challenging part of my role is managing change in the organization — be it a change in mindset or attitude. It involves changing ingrained habits and processes, finding more efficient ways, building a culture, and establishing a daily routine to make our ways of working more conscious. Balancing company goals and employee requirements while creating a healthy work environment is a matter. I am grateful for all the challenges that have contributed to shaping my successful development, and I look forward to future opportunities.

What does career development and learning, mean for you at Mondelēz?

Career development and learning is very important to me, as I’m always looking for ways to challenge myself and grow. At Mondelēz I’ve had the opportunity to be part of strategic business projects, which is something I haven’t experienced at other FMCG companies.

Based on your experience, what are some of the key factors that have contributed to your career growth at MDLZ?

I had the privilege of participating in various HR projects, which provided me with the right opportunities to hone my skills and grow in my career in this field. Several key factors played a significant role in my professional development, including a healthy balance between the demand and supply of learning opportunities, exposure to a culturally diverse workforce, regular collaboration with different teams, and an environment that constantly challenged me to push my limits.

I was also fortunate to have a supportive leader who recognized my potential and invested time and resources to help me develop my skills. My leaders’ encouragement and guidance kept me motivated and provided ample opportunities to share my knowledge with others. As a result, I was able to grow further and contribute meaningfully to many projects.

How has MDLZ supported your career growth and development?

In 2015, I began my career journey as an HR trainee, a role I was proud to take on after completing my studies. The thrill of joining my current team in 2021, where I was offered a role in the People Team, was a testament to my growth and development. Over the past nine years, I have been fortunate enough to gain invaluable experience in a challenging manufacturing environment, an accomplishment that I attribute to the support of Mondelez.

What I find most fulfilling about working here is the sense of belonging and camaraderie. Our shared values of winning culture, sustainability, efficiency, and equality are not just words but the commitment and support that guide our actions. Mondelez has provided me with many opportunities, from a wide range of training opportunities to participation in international projects. Being part of this great community is the icing on the cake. Working for such a dynamic and supportive organization has been an absolute pleasure.

Can you share a career highlight or accomplishment you are particularly proud of at MDLZ?

I am proud to have been a part of the Workday integration project and the improvement of self-service for Hungary. These were the most challenging projects I have worked on in recent years. They required strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration with a global team. Through strong collaboration, we developed and implemented a comprehensive self-service plan focused on efficiency and achieving our objectives. Seeing the project come to life was a satisfying result of our hard work.
