Describe your career & development so far at Mondelēz Philippines? What were some of the highlight/s for you?
My journey in Mondelēz Philippines started as a marketing intern for a local cheese brand and loved the experience so much that I immediately applied for the Graduate Trainee Program right after uni. I was a timid girl believing I have little potential, but Mondelēz showed me what I can be as I went on to 4 different roles across Sales and Trade Marketing in the last 7 years. All the experience I had, skills I developed, and colleagues turned friends, encouraged me to stay as long as I could with the company. The only reason for leaving was the personal decision to relocate to Australia with my husband Shaun earlier this year.
What attracted you to joining Mondelēz ANZ?
I want to be part of an organization with a great work culture and well-loved brands, so I knew that I could not pass an opportunity to join Mondelēz Australia. Mondelēz International has been a huge part of my life since I started my career so moving into a new country didn’t change my view and I am thrilled that I get to work here again. I am looking forward to working with new colleagues and building on my skills and new experiences in a different market.
