Could you please introduce yourself?

I have been with the company for almost two years, and since July, I have taken on the role of People Lead Non-Commercial Functions Poland in the HR department. My educational background is in Law, which provides me with a unique perspective, blending legal knowledge with a deep understanding of HR.

Outside the office, I am passionate about traveling, with Tuscany being one of my favorite destinations. I also enjoy kayaking and volunteering at dog shelters. Exploring new places, paddling on serene waters, or helping animals in need enrich my life and keep me grounded.

You are currently a People Lead, but your path at MDLZ began in a different department. Will you tell us a little more about that?

Absolutely! My journey at MDLZ began in the Category Planning and Activation in the Sales Operations department. During my first 1.5 years with the company, I worked on an exciting project involving the development of an app based on AR for fast image recognition and providing sales reports in the field. This role allowed me to gain valuable experience leveraging advanced technologies to streamline our operational processes.

I wanted to move into HR because it holds something special for me. I find great fulfillment in supporting people to achieve their best version in their private and professional lives. Recognizing this passion, I made a shift to the HR department, where I can leverage my operational and technological insights while focusing on enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.

What are the opportunities at MDLZ?

In the future, I plan to continue my career in HR, as it aligns perfectly with my passion for supporting people and fostering a positive workplace culture. I aim to leverage my background in law and my experience in business, sales, and operations to bring a unique perspective to HR initiatives. By integrating these diverse areas of knowledge, I want to contribute to the ongoing success of our team and company.
