To begin with I joined Mondelēz International as I was attracted to its legacy of iconic brands – Cadbury Dairy Milk in particular. Mondelēz’s dynamic business environment and strong company culture which emphasizes values that resonate with many employees was another key influencer. The opportunity for growth, collaboration, and chance to work with well-loved brands also made it appealing for me to work with Mondelēz.
I started my journey at in 2022 as a fresher in the role of Quality & Safety Executive. From there, I progressed to my current position as Productivity Delivery Lead at Mondelēz. During this journey, I’ve gained skills in areas like supply chain, R&D, and manufacturing, and I’ve had the chance to work with diverse teams.
A project I am particularly proud of is commissioning the Rs 10 SKU of our Five Star chocolate at Sri City. I developed both myself and my team’s understanding of sheet & cut technology, which was being introduced for the first time at Sri City. The transition from trial to commercial run was very challenging, but as a team, we overcame all the challenges, stabilized the process, and ensured all parameters were maintained. I feel extremely proud that I had the opportunity to operate the Five Star line for the first time.

I am a proud boomerang employee. It was mostly the culture which brought me back to the organization and of course my love for chocolate which instinctively made me say yes! Also, returning from my maternity leave, I found a lot of support from the Organization and my team which made the transition seamless.
