What attracted you to joining Mondelēz, and how has your career developed here?
Honestly, it was the scale and ambition of what Mondelēz is doing within ANZ logistics that drew me in. Mondelēz has an incredible global reputation, but it’s the willingness to challenge conventions - especially DC operations transformation - that made me excited to jump in. Since joining, I’ve had the chance to dive headfirst into launching the DC operations as part of project at our advanced automated DC and now leading the site with both co-packing and warehousing operations. The journey has been intense but incredibly rewarding. I’m constantly learning by working closely with our team and it’s all giving me new perspectives and sharper skills every day.
What have been some highlights for you at Mondelēz?
For me, it’s all about hitting milestones on time and watching our team achieve what once felt ambitious - even daunting. Launching the Truganina NDC, leading an incredible team, and seeing our progress as we went live with Low Bay and Copacking operations have been some of the most fulfilling moments. I am really looking forward to bringing our automation to life as we are working through our process flows and activities mapping while acceptance testings are happening in parallel.
And it’s not just the big-picture wins; it’s the hard work behind them: recruiting, onboarding, and training our brand-new team, process & flow mapping across all functions, implementing crucial risk and hazard controls, and setting up standard work using lean principles and methodologies, pulling off the volume transitions while maintaining On Time and In Full deliveries to our customers is a huge achievement in itself.
Plus, the Integrated Lean Six Sigma implementation phase has added tremendous value, fostering a real sense of ownership within the team that makes each achievement more than a “tick in the box” - they’re real wins we celebrate together.

Here, everyone’s voice counts, and you feel encouraged to bring your whole self to work. I also love that there’s a push for excellence paired with genuine respect for people. We’re always moving toward ambitious goals, but there’s a real sense of camaraderie that makes even the biggest challenges feel achievable.
What advice do you have for someone considering an opportunity with Mondelēz?
If you’re considering Mondelēz, know this: come ready to bring your ideas, energy, and curiosity with a growth mindset. Mondelēz is a place where you’ll be heard, where you can make an impact. My advice? Be bold enough to ask “why,” push the boundaries a bit, and don’t be afraid to learn by doing. This company gives you space to grow if you’re willing to seize it.
