Tell us about your career journey at MDLZ

I joined MDLZ in June 2019 as a Project Manager within the Seasonal team, working on chocolate projects for the German and Austrian market. I then moved into the MDLZ Europe (MEU) Innovation team in May 2021, working as a Project Manager on Innovation projects for the Seasonal market.

What is your current role, and what is exciting about it?

My current role as a Project Manager within the Praline Team involves developing and launching praline chocolate projects for the central and western Europe markets. This is incredibly exciting as I can work on some really interesting projects such as new product development, as well as existing product changes for a range of different markets across MEU! I also work with numerous functions across the business and get the opportunity to work with collaborative project teams to deliver these exciting projects!

What do you like about working at MDLZ?

I enjoy the work content, teamwork, and collaboration within the project teams – I’m lucky to work with such amazing team members within projects!

What is the most exciting project that you have worked on?

The most recently exciting project would have to be an Easter 2023 NPD project for the UK&I market, a Toblerone Easter Egg! Although it was an incredibly challenging project, the project team and I were able to work on and launch this new chocolate Easter Egg as a Tesco customer exclusive (UK) and to Ireland (National launch). It’s incredible to see this product now in stores over Easter!

What is your biggest learning experience since working with us?

As I also study alongside work, I’d say having the opportunity to learn as well as work is a fantastic learning experience. I am able to gain both knowledge and experience for my role!

How would you describe the work culture at Mondelēz International and within your function?

The culture at MDLZ is very positive, very supportive and it’s a great environment to work in.

What advice would you give someone that wants to join MDLZ in the Customer Service & Logistics function?

MDLZ is a fantastic company with great workplace culture, as well as offering incredible development opportunities and the chance to work with some amazing people across MEU!

What is your favourite MDLZ brand?

I’d have to say Cadbury Dairy Milk is my favourite MDLZ brand!
