What do you like about working at MDLZ?

My 3 key things are the brands, the people, and the culture. We have a unique ethos where we drive each other, encourage everyone to reach their full potential and work collaboratively across functions to reach our goals. That’s why, when I see the outcome of our work, I feel especially proud as I know all the hard work that has gone on behind the scenes to make it possible.

What is the most exciting project that you have worked on?

I’m lucky to have been involved in a few projects, but the one that fills me with pride was the launch of our Caramilk brand last year which ended up being the biggest launch of a new MDLZ product in UK history so far!

What is your biggest learning experience since working with us?

On a personal front it’s being true to yourself, authentic and believe that anything is possible. We have a great culture that is very receptive to our ideas and innovations. Whether it be regarding work life balance, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, or a new product idea that you dreamt of! It can truly happen at MDLZ if you have a passion for it. My biggest learning career wise is that your career is a marathon and not a sprint. Make sure you have all the key fundamentals & attributes in place to set you up to succeed on your journey.

What is your favourite Brand?

Cadbury's Dairy Milk- it’s a British icon and it has an illustrious history (plus it tastes the best!)

What advice would you give someone that wants to join MDLZ in the Sales function?

To 100% percent go for it. To be clear on what you’d like to get out of the role from a knowledge, career and a personal development perspective. And finally, to embrace the unique culture, our fantastic energy and the challenge to unlock your potential.
