By conducting business with Mondelēz International, suppliers agree to these terms and conditions. Our buyer may send a supplier a link to this section of the Supplier Portal, and suppliers must open and read the one relevant to the particular purchase depending on where the Mondelēz International purchasing entity is located.

You agree to be bound to these terms and conditions when doing business with our company. However, if we have a master agreement (contract) with you then those terms and conditions will apply and supersede those in the Purchase Order for the covered goods or services.
